Naturally dried coffee beans from the Harar Highlands, with notes of cranberry and dark chocolate and a subtle hint of spice. A medium roast suitable for both pour-over and espresso.

From the Ethiopian highlands, birthplace of the coffee tree, our beans come from smallholder farms in Harar, Yirgacheffe and Sidamo. We work directly with farmer cooperatives, and every harvest is hand-sorted and sun-dried on raised beds.
