How does shipping work?
Orders are prepared in Jeddah and handed to SMSA or Aramex for delivery inside Saudi Arabia. After dispatch, staff add the tracking number in admin, and you can follow the status on the Track order page.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Moyasar (Mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay). We never store card numbers.
Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?
No. Delivery is inside the Kingdom only, and every price is SAR. If a buyer pays with an international card, their card network handles conversion.
How do I track my order?
Enter the order number and the email used at checkout on the Track order page. You will see the order status, and the courier tracking number once the order has shipped.
Can I pay on delivery?
Payment is online at checkout only, so we can start preparing the order in Jeddah as soon as payment is confirmed.
Can I cancel after the order has shipped?
Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled as a status change — that path is a return. Use the Track order page to follow the status and tracking number.
