Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Coverage
We currently deliver only to addresses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Major cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 2–5 business days.
- Other regions: 3–7 business days.

3. Maximum Statutory Delivery Limit
In line with the Saudi E-Commerce Law, orders are delivered within a maximum of 15 days from order confirmation, unless a different date is agreed with you. If we anticipate a delay, we will notify you and you may choose to continue with the order or cancel it for a full refund (see Refund & Cancellation Policy, Section 4).

4. Address Accuracy
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate national address, city, district, and mobile number to avoid delivery delays; we are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information.
